"bestir oneself wish pioneer"

In the "Under the Japanese government" section, there is a sentence that says "He issued a statement to possess oneself, that title is "bestir oneself wish pioneer" (선각자의 분려를 바란다).[4]" I'm not sure if this is a bad translation, or if I'm just missing something, but this sentence doesn't make sense to me. It also doesn't seem relevant to the section. Does anyone know what this means? I may delete it if not. --Kaodigua (talk) 02:06, 21 May 2020 (UTC)
