Oppose. The nom's argument is that there's no primary topic. I was going to argue that of course Melā and its former title Mela is the primary topic, but then I did this pageview analysis. Melā/Mela gets a few thousand views per month, nothing else comes close, except for Mela (2000 film) which (astonishingly, to me) gets tens of thousands of views. So there is a primary topic by page views: its Mela (2000 film). Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 14:04, 29 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
Oppose. The move was premature – neither the article text nor similar articles use the spelling "Melā". I'd suggest reverting that move, but with Shhhnotsoloud's evidence it might be better to move the 2000 film to the base title. Melā can move to the existing R Mela festival if that is a WP:NATURALDIS. 84.236.27.55 (talk) 16:00, 29 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
