Atheist Apologetics Activities

Why was the section on Reese's activities at the Atheist Apologetics Research Ministries forum removed?—Preceding unsigned comment added by 4.254.223.6 (talk) 21:47, 3 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Is it a notable fact relevant to the article? From the sound of it, probably not. If Reese were a leader or founder of that group, perhaps. Twalls (talk) 06:26, 4 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
It's perfectly appropriate to include it, but a reliable source would be needed to establish it. A forum is not a reliable source, because a person's identity on a forum cannot be firmly established. Nightscream (talk) 14:25, 4 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Why is there a paragraph with zero reliable sources about an ex-girlfriend?

edit

Seems undue to me. LadBible is gossip crap, and the former Murdoch paper is, well, a former Murdoch paper serving Western Australia. This is all sourced to gossip rags, and EVEN IF IT WERE TRUE AND WELL-CITED, it still has little relevance to the subject himself. BusterD (talk) 19:53, 5 December 2022 (UTC)Reply

I have boldly removed the material as WP:UNDUE in a BLP. According to BLP policy, any editor in good standing is empowered to remove controversial material on sight if the material does not meet the standard for sourcing. We need much better sources if this material is to be restored. Do NOT restore it without different sourcing. BusterD (talk) 20:22, 5 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
