– No WP:PRIMARYTOPIC for this very common Spanish-language name. Google Books starts with a lot of results for non-descript writers of this name, but there are also lots of results for Fulgencio Batista's wife under just the name "Marta Fernández", even if Wikipedia has her at Marta Fernandez Miranda de Batista (search google books for "Marta Fernandez Cuba" or "Marta Fernandez Batista"). In terms of lasting notability and publications, the First Lady of Cuba may even edge primary topic, but we are comparing apples and oranges here.
