"Multiple issues" re citation style etc

The following issues are present in the article. Firstly, both Parenthetical referencing and numbered footnotes are used - it would be easy to convert to the latter subject to the following two matters. Secondly, Parenthetical referencing used throughout the article generally does not appear to match the reference list, i.e. author names are not in the list and the publication dates for a particular author do not match the list. Thirdly, the Parenthetical referencing does include page numbers. Finally, a minor point - the presentation of the reference list does not match the format normally used (please refer Wikipedia:Citation templates).
