What is up with the large block of text about the treason and stuff edit

Title is self-explanatory, there is a large block of text pertaining to how the current Russia is wasting the motherland’s (ussr in this case)’s resources and how they should start burning stuff? It’s in Russian, too, n an English page. How has nobody noticed this? One disruptive edit is not usually enough to protect the article (see WP:PP). If it persists then this should be requested at WP:RFPP. Mellk (talk) 12:10, 13 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
