Jehovah's Witnesses edit

"though the eschatology of Jehovah's Witnesses uses this term differently"

With no disrespect to the beliefs of the Jehovah's Witnesses, their eschatology is not relevant to giving an overview of American generations. I'm going to delete this phrase, recommend citations as to its prominence in English language thought before restoring.23.129.0.30 (talk) 14:38, 16 March 2022 (UTC)Reply

Variety of English Used edit

As I said in the main page's history I am going to formally switch this page over to using British spelling, it didn't have any variety of English specified previously. My reasons for doing this are that I wrote most of this article and use a fair bit of terminology which is fairly specific to the UK (e.g. Victorian and Edwardian) so it probably looks more consistent to use British spelling throughout. Also a lot of the sources used are from the UK and interest in the First World War in particular is probably more of a British thing anyway. I'm happy to change it back again if anyone has any objections.--Llewee (talk) 16:08, 3 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
