The dates are taken from Maroš Borský's dissertation (main source) and the Judaica-files. In all other cases they are referenced. Note thet italics indicate an approximate date; e.g. 1950 is usually taken for after WW II.--Wanfried-Dublin (talk) 14:58, 30 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
