High, Low - what? edit

This list seems completely arbitrary. How is shrimp high cholesterol? Since when? What type of shrimp? Just one example, but this list is obviously incorrect. 73.6.96.168 (talk) 17:43, 2 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

Per 100g edit

It would be nice if cholesterol content could also be viewed by serving size. Normalizing to 100g makes a lot of sense to illustrate differences between sources, but I will never eat 100g of butter or egg yolk, so serving size would be helpful here. For butter, per tablespoon would probably make the most sense. Also, if a segment could be added for lean chicken breast and other cut-specific I formation for meat. I’m guessing the chicken line item is a weighted average of the whole chicken, including skin and dark meat? The lean chicken breast I purchase lists 65 mg per 4 oz (116 g), so either it is incorrect or this articles guidance of 80 mg per 100 g is incorrect. 2601:1C0:C701:7C0:5CE:A569:A880:7C28 (talk) 05:23, 15 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
