Who can be listed?

Characters can have their own section if:

• They are highlighted in the manga in the front profile page

Characters can be grouped under other characters or "Other X-class heroes" sections if:

• They are listed in the anime characters list [1]
• They have recurring roles across multiple story arcs..

Monsters are grouped similarly like the House of Evolution, Dark Matter Thieves, and Monster Association.

Please use the common names of the characters (Bart Simpson, not Bartholomew JoJo "Bart" Simpson) for the section headers. Use the English manga first then English anime. Alternative names can be added as anchors. Also add references to episodes and chapters wherever possible for statements about the character. Do not add voice actor names unless they are sourced.

Only the S-class heroes are presented in rank order. The rest are by first major appearance.

Garo's name

Please note that Garo's name is spelled without the extra "u" in the manga. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 07:44, 13 July 2019 (UTC)

Garou is the spelling as used in the Japanese anime official website http://onepunchman-anime.net/character/#/villain does Garo listed with a u, and that is after they released a season 2. The English official manga takes precedence for the main page, characters page, and volumes page. Sonic is not a main character

Please stop moving Sonic to the main characters list. He has as many recurring appearances as King, Blizzard, and Garo. If you want to debate whether Genos is a main character or should be moved to Heroes section, you can do so, leaving just Saitama as the sole main character.
