National Register of Historic Places status

edit

This is a summary of discussions that took place on the NRHP project talk page.

The NRHP infobox and other comments regarding NRHP status for this property have been removed. It appears that the property was marked as Pending/eligible with a reference number of 03000239 in 2003. Some sources, such as here, suggest that the nomination was returned for with a request for additional information. In any case, the property is not included in any of the usual NRHP information sources, other than the Pending/eligible status from 2003. There is no data stating that any action took place on the new claimed date of 2011-12-15. Generic1139 (talk) 16:11, 4 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

The property has now been properly listed. Magic♪piano 16:57, 5 January 2016 (UTC)Reply
I've used a draft of the 2015 version of the nomination form from the CA OPH as a reference. It should be replaced with the NPS version once available. Generic1139 (talk) 21:57, 5 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

edit

I've removed the recent edit by LWare18 because it sure seems to violate the Wikipedia policy on advertising (WP:PROMOTION), as well as (WP:CS), and the need for reliable, published sources (WP:RS). And, it is the same info that was a cut and paste from the copyrighted corporate site back in August. If anyone disagrees, lets discuss. Generic1139 (talk) 20:51, 2 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

The article still reads like an ad.
LWare18 also added advertising copy to Park Towne Place, which happens also to belong to Aimco, the same company that owns Lincoln Place Apartment Homes. TypoBoy (talk) 00:29, 3 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
