Very poor customer support edit

We had a very very bad experience from this brand especially from Kochi sales personnel. He had no idea about switches. We being electrical consultants recommend living now model to our customer and requested for brochure several times but no response. He had visited the site several times for studying our requirements. At last at the execution time we noticed that the boxes were not suited for this switches, previously he had confirmed the same. Now he recommends to fix the switches and fill the balance space in the box with cement. Great innovation, shame for the company. Fixing such a costlier switches like this.
