"Cemented"/"cementation process"/"carburizing" edit

This articles doesn't really explain the "cemented" part, beyond implying that it's related to "moah carbon". There's a link for the term, but it's an easter egg for "carburizing" which... also doesn't explain "cemented", beyond a "see also" to "cementation process" which is "Not to be confused with Cementation (metallurgy) or Carburizing."
