I propose moving this article to United States House Select Committee on the Baltic States. That was the formal name of the committee, and since the article is primarily about the committee and its investigation is probably a more appropriate article title. That way, it would be consistent with other defunct committees of the U.S. House. Anyone have any thoughts?
