Did you know... that Karl Heinz Stroux directed the German premiere of Samuel Beckett's Waiting for Godot in 1953, with the author in the audience?

He was obviously born Karl-Heinz Stroux, as the German Wikipedia lists him, but obituaries have it without the hyphen. Any help in knowing when he dropped the hyphen is appreciated. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 16:43, 10 July 2013 (UTC)Reply
Does it really matter? The DNB gives 4 versions of his name, including "Karlheinz" (without the hyphen) [1]. -- 17:25, 10 July 2013 (UTC)
