Merger proposal edit

I suggest merging content from Peking Gazette to this page. One confusion - this page says this publication existed only from 713 to 734 (and the source for that information is in Chinese, which i cannot, alas, read), while the Peking Gazette page says it continued until 1912. Contradictory and hyperbolic claims edit

The material is deleted because it is contradictory nonsense and the sources of piss-poor quality, to be frank, referring only vaguely in passing to the publication. Magazine, newspaper and gazette are three different categories of 'print' media mutually exclusive. In addition, hyperbolic categorical claims like "the world's first" need much more backing up by sources than it is done now. One swallow does not make a summer.
