Quacks edit

There used to be a mention of teh fact that the call-letters of the station were originally pronounced "quacks" -- an allusion to the University of Oregon's mascot, the fighting duck. At some point this got changed to the current pronunciation of "K-WAX" (kay - wax); not sure when, but it was already entranched by the mid 1980s.
