Historical significance/family
editThis page needs to make it clearer what John Younger did that's so interesting or remarkable. I tagged for an expert to look at it. It may even be better to have a combined page for the Younger family. --Colapeninsula (talk) 14:48, 11 January 2012 (UTC)

– As previously questioned in 2012, above, there is no indication that John Younger had sufficient historical significance to force dab page adoption of the qualifier "(disambiguation)". Although he was a member of a famous outlaw family, his personal participation, such as it was, in the family's exploits does not warrant elevation to WP:PRIMARYTOPIC as long as there is at least one other same-named Wikipedia entry {John Younger (writer)}. The qualifier "(outlaw)" is based upon entries under Category:Outlaws of the American Old West. — Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 05:11, 13 May 2019 (UTC)
- Oppose, pageviews strongly favour the outlaw so it seems that this is the article most readers are seeking. PC78 (talk) 11:43, 13 May 2019 (UTC)
