Dr Micallef's Doctorate from Laval University edit

Dr Micallef also attended Laval University in Quebec City, receiving a doctorate (I believe) from Laval in French Philosophy, spoke fluent French, and often delivered Philosophy lectures in English at NDU (Nelson) directly from his French-language Laval dissertation. In my undergraduate days, prior to my doctorate in French, he was one of my most inspiring professors.
