There should be written also something about controversy. Mr Leinen's proposions about some kind of "institute for fighting against dehonesting of the EU Constitution" or his criticism disturbing suverenity of the EU Member States (threatening Mr Klaus, President of the Czech Republic for sanctions) - shouldn't there be anything like that?
