Jhegson Méndez → Jhegson Sebastián Méndez – per WP:COMMONNAME Joeykai (talk) 15:51, 14 February 2021 (UTC)

Oppose I think the vast majority of the time Méndez is commonly referred to in Orlando City's own articles, MLS official match reports, the Ecuador national team announcements, and news stories and articles by journalists, as either Jhegson Méndez or Sebas Méndez, not the full Jhegson Sebastián Méndez. [1][2][3] Here's a couple more where he is referred to as Jhegson Sebastián Méndez. Regardless, it seems he is most often referred to as "Sebastián Méndez" or "Sebas Méndez" per most of the sources you have listed above, so I would suggest the page be moved to Sebastián Méndez (Ecuadorian football) or Sebas Méndez if Jhegson Sebastián Méndez is not sufficient. I'm fine with Sebas Méndez, as it's most concise and unique. He seems to use a lot of names, so all those should redirect back to wherever this ends up.--Ortizesp (talk) 18:33, 14 February 2021 (UTC)
