1911 Open edit

White is missing from the official list (https://www.theopen.com/Heritage/PreviousOpens#!/1911/Royal%20St%20George%E2%80%99s) although he does appear in "The Majors of Golf" as a withdrawal (https://books.google.co.uk/books?id=JAtHsOzOCoUC&printsec=frontcover#v=onepage&q=1912&f=false). He had withdrawn from the 1911 Coronation Match just before the Open and there is a press report that "Jack White, who won the championship when it was last played here, and who was in this section of the draw, has scratched" so it seems he scratched (ie didn't start) rather than withdrew (ie started but gave up) and so I have removed the 1911 entry.
