An editor suggested the sub was "forced to surface" and secret documents were obtained before scuttling. This was unsourced and the other source simply says it was sunk. I changed to to document that it was sunk in accordance with WP:V. But perhaps the IP's edits are more accurate. If you have a source for that, please add.
