Talk:Israeli Military Order

Israeli military orders are notable insofar as they are the chief vehicle for legislation in the Occupied Territories. A comprehensive database of all the orders doesn't exist, and among all the I/P articles on Wikipedia, I couldn't find a good overview of the legal mechanisms underlying Israel's administration of the West Bank and Gaza. This page would be an important part of that, and might stand to be incorporated into a broader article once it comes into place. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mesh1ka (talkcontribs) .

There is oder 1650. Since only several of these are listed here, than we can assume that the others might actually support the welfare of the Arabs? The article is explicity POV with little intention to be an objective one. Besides the fact that I think that there is no need for a fork like this, the orders themselves are virtually all non-notable, and the few that have actually made headlines could be merged into the other articles.--Shuki (talk) 22:39, 9 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

removing POV tag with no active discussion per Template:POV edit

I've removed an old neutrality tag from this page that appears to have no active discussion per the instructions at Template:POV:

This template is not meant to be a permanent resident on any article. Remove this template whenever:
  1. There is consensus on the talkpage or the NPOV Noticeboard that the issue has been resolved
  2. It is not clear what the neutrality issue is, and no satisfactory explanation has been given
  3. In the absence of any discussion, or if the discussion has become dormant.

Since there's no evidence of ongoing discussion, I'm removing the tag for now. If discussion is continuing and I've failed to see it, however, please feel free to restore the template and continue to address the issues. Thanks to everybody working on this one! -- Khazar2 (talk) 12:52, 9 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

This article has multiple problems edit

This article cites the raw text of cherry-picked military commands from 1967 and does not reflect changes caused by the creation of the Palestinian Authority, the Oslo Accords, and the Israeli withdrawal from Gaza. Reliable independent sources regarding their current status are missing. Marokwitz (talk) 08:55, 19 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
