Recent edits have reinserted the claim that the Huangqiao Sesame Cake is "unique" in its use of "alkali" as a raising agent. Whilst the identity of this mysterious base is still unclear, I think it's fair to say that unless they're using quicklime, there's nothing unique about alkaline raising agents - cf bicarb, for just one incredibly common example. The line about crunchy golden sesame seeds I've left in for now, pending other editors' comments - to me, it looks like ARTSPAM. Yunshui (talk) 09:43, 21 September 2011 (UTC)Reply
