This article appears to have been translated, or written by someone not fluent in English. I cleaned up sentences as best I could, knowing nothing about the subject matter. The spelling has been corrected, as well as some minor copy editing. I removed the SPELLING tag. I added the EXPERT tag, because while trying to check spelling on HIKOTAI, I was unable to find anything about this group anywhere on the internet.
