This article will likely have several BLP violations needing a revdel, as this person is highly hated/controversial in the country right now, and it is a prime target for IP vandals. Surprised this man has not been met with a legal threat after ruining a national project over Nozomi service not stopping in any of the prefecture's station. What a shame!
