Lead edit

After several promises by the state government during the 1990s to build the station, a A$6.8 million... It should be "an A$6.8", not "a A$6.8"
- It should be "a A$6.8 million", because it is read out loud as "a six point eight million Australian dollar...
...million contract was awarded to John... Is "awarded" the right word? Wouldn't "granted" sound better?
- Awarded is a common term used in contracting, and the sources use that term. See Contract awarding also.
May just be personal preference, but wouldn't "five-minute frequency" and "fifteen-minute frequency" look better than "five minute frequency" and "fifteen minute frequency"

In the infobox, "Public Transport Authority" shouldn't be linked twice.

Prior to the shelter extension... Change "Prior to" to "Before" for conciseness.

I don't think "shelted" is a real word. Maybe you meant "sheltered"?

Change "percent" to "per cent" (Australian English).
- I believe either spelling is correct.
