editDoes not meet WP:SOLDIER IMO as highest rank achieved as a colonel and commanded a division for one month at the very end of the war, when it was probably not a "substantial body of troops" nor "in combat" as the units were being destroyed, or were disintegrating (SOLDIER #5).
