History: the so-called hotline riot edit

On September 17th 1982, police confronted  a large group of teens who had gathered here.  It has been called heta linjen-upploppet, though  riot is perhaps a misnomer. https://medium.com/s/love-hate/how-a-phone-glitch-sparked-a-teenage-riot-eb785c39bd01 .  The Swedish Wikipedia discusses the event, i.a., at Heta linjen (telekommunikation).
