Article title / subject's name

Conventionally, someone with the same name as their parent is referred to as "junior," unless the parent is deceased, in which case the numbering is applied. In addition, unless the first person with the name is dead, the numbering does not come into effect until there are more than two people who share the name. I find it a bit silly that this article refers to "Freddie Williams II," but it does not seem as though "Freddie Williams I or III" are known according to WP's biography standards.
