remove Oboler reference

This isn't mainstream information from RS—it cites a paper in which Oboler wrote one sentence that incidentally included Carrasco's name as part of a list. There is no argument advanced and no facts to support the opinion Carrasco's imprisonment had anything to do with "colonial domination"—indeed there is nothing about Carrasco at all in the article, other than his name. Carrasco was a fascinating figure, and the inclusion of this reference, which itself forms about 20% of the article's text, gives grossly undue weight to a fringe opinion that is found in no other source. The citation is incorrect, in any case, as it also needs to include page 266. But it also fails verification, as Oboler is only the editor of the reference cited. The author of chapter 18 is someone identified as B. V. Olguin, and they are discussing the inconsistent and varied classification of prisoners by racial appearance, which might be subjective, rather than more objective personal attributes like nationality, citizenship, or political affiliations and how this differs from international prisoner classification standards. The point is the classification system and prisoner incarceration rates need to be seen in the light of US colonial dominance in the area and international law, not the prisoners themselves. The wording of the sentence concerned introduces bias into the article and suggests it has possibly been written from a non-neutral point of view or at least improper synthesis has been applied to the source, which has been misinterpreted. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 06:58, 13 June 2021 (UTC)
