I added some information about his birth year (which was formerly lost/missing) and some information about his early childhood training, and I said in my edit the citation, the NY Clipper of 21 Dec 1867. I want to clarify, as the citation was lost, that I was reading the newspaper on microfilm, NOT using a citation from this book by Toll. If you want the microfilm publication information, I can get that, but I don't think this citation should be lost in the shuffle; it was a long biographical article. I do not know how to cite in wiki code, or I would do it myself. Thanks.
