Date of Death
editCould people please stop try and add a death date, as it hasn't been revealed yet. The only thing we know is that he died in his sleep "over the weekend", as mentioned in the official statement by his wife on his personal website :

It is with tremendous sadness that we share the heartbreaking news of the passing of Eric Carmen.
Our sweet, loving and talented Eric passed away in his sleep, over the weekend.
