Should there be a section in this article that addresses the racial impact of this act? If there are reliable sources discussing the topic, then yes. I personally doubt this particular act had a big impact, and that it was the exclusion law prohibiting African-Americans in general that would have had a bigger impact. Given the DLC was only for a short time and the majority of immigrants came after it expired would tend to point to other factors, but that is my hypothesis.
