Superintendent
editThere is also a David Brewer who is superintendent of LAUSD and probably deserving of his own article. Theshibboleth 03:43, 27 November 2006 (UTC)

David William Brewer → Sir David Brewer – I think that he is more widely known as Sir David Brewer than David William Brewer. Sir isn't usually used in article titles, but it can be added as a disambigution from others with the same name. Guidelines: WP:COMMONNAME and WP:NCPEER (subsection 4). - Strongly neutral I am not against it but I prefer it used only for very famous people, like Sir George Young. Unless the subject is sufficiently famous, in my eyes, at least, such a title looks bizarre. I know that what I am saying is not at all based on policy but it is my personal view.--The Traditionalist (talk) 12:46, 9 June 2016 (UTC)
- One option would be to use David Brewer (disambiguator), but I can't find any good disambiguator for him. --Editor FIN (talk) 03:24, 10 June 2016 (UTC)
