Should DUI accusations (dismissed as Not Guilty in court) be included on the page?

This information has been controversial: − On March 12, 2016, Prescott was arrested for driving under the influence in Starkville, Mississippi. Prescott took two breathalyzer tests neither of which yielded a valid result. per WP:BLPCRIME, inclusion of a crime for which a living person has not been convicted (in this case charges dismissed) should be discussed before inclusion. I strongly feel that it needs to be included because many sources have suggested it affected when he was drafted. [5] [6] [7]. I was about to add it myself before I decided to check the talk page. I have twice removed the section about his DUI driving charge and subsequent acquittal. I agree with User:JaconaFrere, per WP:BLPCRIME; he was found not guilty. Of course there will be news coverage of his charge and trial, but Wikipedia is not a newspaper. The article also contained text inferring the DUI charge "caused Prescott to fall lower in the draft." None of the 3 sources cited provided evidence of this; the sources were journalistic speculation and the text was removed per WP:NOTGOSSIP. Magnolia677 (talk) 10:39, 22 March 2017 (UTC)

• Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott's mom said that she named him Rayne Dakota Prescott, but always intended on calling him Dakota or Dak after Dakota Dude.
