Logic behind page move edit

I would very much like to read the logic behind moving this page from DFDS LISCO to DFDS Lisco GmbH. the move nescessitates the creation of a separate page for DFDS Lisco AB and every other daughter company DFDS Lisco has in different countries. This as far as I see it, offers no benifits as both DFDS Lisco GmbH and DFDS Lisco AB are simply separate offices of the same company in different countries, and the content on each page would be near-idential. Additionally this is going against the current convention; we don't have separate pages for AS Tallink Grupp, Tallink Silja Oy, Tallink Silja AB, AS Tallink Latvija and OOO Tallink-Ru, we have just one page for Tallink.
