Significant edits

Deleted most of article. The article was practically an advertisement for Cici's. It also contained a highly questionable claim that Cici's had and continued an all-day eating contest on 9/11. I appreciate the willingness of 2602 to discuss this here. The story is a few hours old, and it behooves us to wait and see whether the crime has permanent significance.
