Henry Newbolt's poem "Fidele's Grassy Tomb" is set in the island church of Orchardleigh. I've asked at the RefDesks if he was inspired by some local folklore. Perhaps a watcher here might know something? DuncanHill (talk) 04:35, 2 September 2021 (UTC)Reply
