Redirect
editI've turned this article into a redirect as after searching the internet for this university, I have found no links for it. I've also searched the Adventist Yearbook which contains all Adventist institutions and it was not there. My best guess is that someone has either made up this article or has mistranslated the name.DZadventiste (TALK|EMAIL) 09:30, 25 August 2009 (UTC)
- I reverted the redirect creation, as we should be confident the two universities are the same before redirecting. In particular, the target page mentions nothing of Chuluncayani (it should be clear on the target page why the reader is redirected). The Peruvian Union University website possibly does indicate a campus at Chuluncayani, so it is possible they have merged. I would rather see a reliable source before creating this redirect, however. The page text does state there are two Adventist universities in Peru, albeit it is uncited. Another sensible option would be to nominate the page for deletion. Deletion request
edit@JJMC89: A website by Sahmyook University lists this university. Other websites just copy the Wikipedia article. The Seventh-day Adventist Directory doesn't even talk about this university. This university is problemly a second campus of Peruvian Union University and should be deleted quickly from Wikipedia.Catfurball (talk) 15:21, 24 May 2019 (UTC)
- Is this related to § Redirect? Either way, we have a deletion process, and this isn't it. — JJMC89 (T·C) 00:24, 26 May 2019 (UTC)
- This is a Chuluncayani campus of Peruvian Union University which is listed as 'Juliaca'. There are 3, one main campus at Km. 19, Carretera Central, Nana, Lima, Peru which is listed as 'Nana', and here is the info on all 3.
- Peruvian Union University – Ñaña Km. 19, Carretera Central, Nana, Lima, Peru www.upeu.edu.pe
- Peruvian Union University – Juliaca Carretera Arequipa Km. 6 - Chullunquiani, Juliaca, Puno, Peru www.upeu.edu.pe
- Peruvian Union University – Tarapoto Jr. Los Martires No. 218, Urb. Santa Lucia, Morales, Tarapoto, Peru
- Hope that clears up the confusion... Simbagraphix (talk) 20:25, 20 February 2024 (UTC)
