added titles to the names of victims so as not to appear disrespectful. 170.170.59.133 (talk) 20:04, 23 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

deleted "bastard" because the word seems to have gone from meaning "illegitimate with negative connotations" to "just having negative connotations". If just the facts are presented, people can make their own minds up if Charles Schmid was a horrible person. Please consider making the deletion permanent. Plus "bastard" seems old-fashioned.24.167.105.97 (talk) 20:25, 30 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

Footnotes #8 & #12 from the Tuscon Citizen are "not found" as of 02/22/2011. I was attempting to confirm that Schmid died 20 days after being attacked; the article http://uanews.org/node/16493 states he died 10 days after the assault; but the main Wikipedia article cites the book by Sheldon saying 20 days. I question this as a reliable source. There is no indication it is a published paper. Nor is there any indication who the authors are. I could not find them on the Radford faculty, for what its worth. This looks like student research or a student paper and it is not immediately reliable just because it is hosted at a .edu. Perhaps someone can provide a more insightful analysis of what this is.Tkotc (talk) 03:58, 3 May 2012 (UTC)Reply
