Carré d'ArtCarré d'art – This is the French typography for this French name. And the article already used that typography. Thanks in advance. LeoAlig (talk) 23:51, 13 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

  • Oppose. These French-language references use "Carré d'Art" [1] [2] - it would appear that the capitalization used on fr.wiki is incorrect. 162 etc. (talk) 03:16, 14 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
In French Wikipedia, the main thing is to follow our Conventions (based on the more liable books of typography), as it is in English Wikipedia, I assume. And the rules for a good writing in French is to limit as much as possible the inflation of capitals, as recommended by typographers. Internet sites are not references for writing in French Wikipedia, as they are not liable at all in the domain of typography. Best regards. --LeoAlig (talk) 03:35, 14 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
The capitalization used by the French-language article is best discussed at fr.wiki. As for this article, the usual convention is WP:COMMONNAME: the article title is the one commonly used by reliable sources. In this case, no sources have been cited which support the use of the lowercase "a". 162 etc. (talk) 03:45, 14 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
  • Oppose it's a proper noun—blindlynx 15:04, 14 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
  • Weak Oppose Our policy for subjects with a foreign language name is to prefer titles as used in reliable English-language sources. In this case, those seem to favor the current title.--Yaksar (let's chat) 20:52, 16 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
