I've deleted most of the revisions in the page history, because the lead section of the article contained several sentences of text copied directly from [1], which was posted in the first revision of the article and was never removed until now. If you need to see a diff from these early revisions, please contact an administrator; they can access the diff and tell you what changes were made.
