A fact from Bridge Canyon Dam appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 28 January 2011 (check views). The text of the entry was as follows:

Neutrality
editThis is an interesting article, but I'm concerned about the neutrality of some of the language used. In the defeat section:
- "as well as an outcry from the general public." seems quite vague - from whom? How much of the general public? Could it be tightened up or given a citation?
- "The resistance was strengthened by previous outrages pertaining to the construction of dams in national parks, such as the infamous O'Shaughnessy Dam in Yosemite National Park which was built in 1925." These terms aren't neutral.
It would be good to fix this before the article goes on the main page with Did You Know.--Physics is all gnomes (talk) 21:56, 23 January 2011 (UTC)
