BitSightBitsight – Why: The company has rebranded and now refers to itself as Bitsight. The brand logo has changed as well. Righteous-Hawk (talk) 17:00, 2 June 2023 (UTC) — Relisting. Skarmory (talk • contribs) 17:28, 9 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

  • Comment: I've edited your request as you did not include the destination name in the template. – MaterialWorks 19:07, 2 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
apologies, I am relatively new to this type of action. I ideally want a rename and do not necessarily need a move if possible. Righteous-Hawk (talk) 19:29, 2 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
No problem. Page moves are pretty much the same thing as renames, just with a different name. – MaterialWorks 20:31, 2 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
I believe that the name of the legal entity is still BitSight, capital S, for what it’s worth. Edit: Also, there is already an existing redirect at Bitsightjohndburger 20:12, 2 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
Also see this on their website, which repeatedly uses "BitSight". But what we need are independent reliable sources. — BarrelProof (talk) 00:06, 10 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
  • Comment: So just to be clear, what's needed here is presumably a WP:SWAP of BitSight and Bitsight, because there are existing links in other articles to the current camelcase title. —johndburger 17:10, 7 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
Relisting comment: No evidence has been provided that this name change has even taken place. Can we get some sources for the rebrand? Skarmory (talk • contribs) 17:28, 9 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
The only source seems to be their website (a primary source), which uses either "BITSIGHT" (all caps) or "Bitsight". Checked three of the secondary sources in the article, the titles of which in the references section use "Bitsight", and the actual articles use the camelcase "BitSight" in their titles. No joy. • Oppose. Unless recent, reliable, secondary sources are given to support this page move, then it is too soon. P.I. Ellsworth , ed. put'er there 17:58, 9 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
  • Comment: There were some IP edits two months ago that improperly changed the titles of cited sources and quotes from those cited sources. I reverted that. The sources did not change what they said. — BarrelProof (talk) 00:02, 10 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
