Fair use rationale for Image:Binthemixcover.jpg

Image:Binthemixcover.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 01:05, 1 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Worldwide Sales????

edit

In the U.S the album had sold 100,000 copies only as of July 2009, according to Neilsen SoundScan...It did not sold more than 300,000 copies....that's why it didn't receive any RIAA certifications...

Anyhow, in editing some of the sales section, please provide a reliable source....like it Italy, Europe and many more.... Did the album sold 500,000 worldwide??? I'm not sure about this.....there is no source available regarding this statement. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Adelbutt123 (talkcontribs) 03:14, 5 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

And Then We Kiss single page

edit

I think this song should deserve a page of his own, after all it IS a single, even if the album sales are low and there isn't a video for it, it's a promo single, just like Breathe On Me should also have one... --RuuBjAh (talk) 14:44, 28 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

"And Then We Kiss", along with "Breathe on Me", fail every aspect of WP:NSONG. Please read the guidelines. Xwomanizerx (talk) 17:41, 28 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

But, And Then We Kiss had a physical CD release, you know, the one with the Junkie XL remix & Undressed remix plus instrumentals of it. And Breathe On Me had official remixes and lots of them, The Jacques Lu Cont remixes, the PhatAss Remixes [1], the Junior Vazquez Remixes, The James Holden Remixes, and BTW Unusual You, Chaotic and Chris Cox megamix also had physical releases. And that's the most important reason why it should have a page, right?? --RuuBjAh (talk) 12:22, 14 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

Bonus Tracks

edit

I recently added the bonus tracks, but someone deleted them again. Why? (I mean the ones, you know, UK bonus, Japan Bonus The Stronger, I'm Not A Girl and Someday Remixes) --RuuBjAh (talk) 12:24, 14 November 2010 (UTC)Reply
