Hey, @Andrevan, I'm thinking a company founded in 1877 that is the largest producer of provolone in Italy is likely to be notable. I'm thinking there are probably sources out there, but we may not be finding them because they're in Italian? Valereee (talk) 19:04, 15 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
