Hiiisparks You removed a sentence and citation where a newspaper reported that the motive for stealing data is to sell it. You removed this saying that it was biased. I restored it.
Hi! I think "biased" may not have been the right word. I removed the sentences about reports about China potentially being at fault and that the is expected to be sold on the black market. To me, these seemed more like rumors or assumptions. I think the latter makes more sense to keep logically though. All in all, I removed them since they seemed uncertain that may cause the readers to believe one way (wasn't worded to be neutral). Hope this explains my actions!
