Nixon connection

Discussion of Anna Chen Chennault cannot be complete without reference to her role in Nixon's intentional sabotage of the Paris Peace Talks (for which there is no article and hardly any mention). What's with the unsourced quotes?

Potential Bias/Incendiary Comment

Hey, the second paragraph of the Early Life section in this article appears to be problematic. The first sentence of this paragraph very much reads as an unexamined summary of this part of her early life story based solely on her own point of view about the circumstances of the historical context. There are some troubling and potentially inflammatory historical arguments, particularly in regards to the activities of the Japanese in Hong Kong. It appears to display a clear bias and seems to be couched in the kind of hyperbolic claims that are shared within a national group. Agreed re: Japanese in Hong Kong. Sexual slavery in WWII was certainly present, but also well documented. I don't think there would be accurate and reliable corroboration of the claims made in that paragraph. I am going to go ahead and delete that sentence. Qiandaizi (talk) 16:28, 13 May 2022 (UTC)

The idea that Thiệu didn't want peace talks because it would threaten his power not sourced

Self explanatory. I saw that claim and thought it was interesting, so I checked out the source on the internet archive. It doesn't say that. It says the stuff about Thiệu messing with the peace talks and making impossible demands, but it never specifies why. Anyone have a good source for the reasoning why Thiệu didn't want talks? Thanks.
